Statistics show that more under-18-year-olds have been convicted of shoplifting and burglary than ever before. The situation for many of those youngsters is becoming more difficult each day, in terms of jobs, and many think that, rather than not having anything to eat it´s better to commit a crime. Many youngsters think that crime pays: "After all, the chances of being caught are not many, considering the situation of police today". Is this what we are teaching our youth? Was education better in our grandparents´time, when crime was too far from people´s minds?

The reason why teenage crime is going up is due to the crisis. The actual eduction is the same as our grandparents´time but life is different because in our grandparents´time Spain didn´t was in crisis.

I think that the under 18 years old that commit a crime must be sent to a reform school because if they don´t ,they will repeat the crime or probably they will commit a bigger one
ResponderEliminarWell, I think the solution to avoid the crimes wich are commited with the under 18 years old, is to punish they with, at least, do 100 or more hours of community service because if we don´t punish they, they will probably commit another crime again...
ResponderEliminarIn my opinion, some young people commit crimes because they think that they are not going to be caught and,moreover,they find it exciting and a way of being rebeld.This didn't happen before because people knew what things they could do and what things were wrong and they were more afraid of being caught by the police.
ResponderEliminarI believe crimes have been increasing since last years because of the necesity of money and the lack of education. Nowadays, teenagers’re stealing things from the shops because they think they don’t have what they need. It might be caused by some parents who don’t give to their soons or daughters the education that they have to. Society has to be awared of the problems that teenagers are causing and to react about it.
ResponderEliminarIn my opinion wat it`s really important for young people who commits crimes like shoplifting or little thefts it`s teach them that they`re making an error with that conduct. Also culd be important to punish them with community service or paying a fine.
ResponderEliminarIn my opinion, in our grandparets´time the education was worst than nowadays but some years ago, people showed more respect to the authorities and also to the teachers because they had much more obligations than rights. Nowadays, we have a lot of rights and if somebody, for example a teacher in class, hits us, we can report him. So, actually the teenagers feel over the police and they don´t have fear of the authorities. On the other hand, there is also people who need to commits crimes to survive because they are poor. I think, that we should punish the teenagers who make that things for fun and try to help the people who really need it.
ResponderEliminarI think that education isn´t better now that in our grandparent´s time because when their were little there were no problems with teenagers and now there are a lot of problems .I think we should make them go to a prision and see what happend there and if they see what can happend to him they wouldn´t do any crimes.

in my opinion, right now the education compared to what our grandparents received in its time has changed too much. the education is less stringent so students commit more crimes because they think the can go away with it and the biggest problem is that sometimes thats true, sometimes the segurity of one place or the police do not watch enough those teenagers so they keep doing that! i actually think that those teenager should go to prision or make them do any other type of punishment, but you have to make sure that the wont do it again.
ResponderEliminarI think that the education in our grandparents timeswas really better because the teachers were more serious. in fact the young people is stealing because the law is not like it was. I think the law need to send them to prision or give a big punishment
